Senior Data Scientist

London – Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions for our clients in the UK. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, influencing decision-makers, and mentoring others—all while staying hands-on with advanced analytics and machine learning.

 

The Role:

Lead high-impact data science projects for internal and external clients Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions Design and deploy predictive models, optimization algorithms, and dashboards Present findings clearly to non-technical and executive stakeholders Guide and mentor junior data scientists and interns Build reusable tools, frameworks, and best practices for scalable analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, analysts, product managers)

What you will bring:

MSc/PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience Minimum of 6+ years of data science experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or client-facing role Proven track record delivering insights and solutions that drive business value Strong programming skills in Python or R, and solid SQL knowledge Experience deploying machine learning models in production (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing junior team members
