CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Data Science Analyst opening for our client in Rochester, MN. Location: Remote Duties: Perform detailed analysis of large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can improve decision-making and outcomes. Apply advanced expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, regression techniques, neural networks, decision trees, clustering, pattern recognition, probability theory, and related methods. Leverage knowledge of healthcare data types, topics, and scientific challenges to develop data-driven solutions. Develop and modify scripts or software applications for data management, extraction, analysis, and AI deployment. Build predictive models on large-scale datasets using advanced statistical, machine learning, or data mining techniques. Provide enterprise-level consultative services and support scientific projects. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions. Lead data interpretation, reporting, and presentation of findings to stakeholders. Develop analytics tools and predictive models using AI and machine learning techniques. Participate in discovery processes to define business requirements and desired outcomes. Skills: Strong technical and business acumen with proven leadership abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in scientific computing and data management tools. Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks effectively. Proven success in project management and delivering analytic solutions. Experience building predictive and prescriptive models on large-scale datasets. Proficiency with machine learning, statistical packages, modeling tools, and analytical methods. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving enterprise needs. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills. Advanced analytical, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with data modeling, exploration, and visualization tools. Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in data science and AI. Demonstrated application of advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining to business problems. Experience working with healthcare-related datasets preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, health science, or a related field, and at least twelve (12) graduate-level semester hours in domain-relevant sciences; OR Seven (7) years or more of data science and AI experience. Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a relevant analytical or quantitative field with at least one (1) year of professional or research experience in data science. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
