Senior Data Project Manager

Location: Madrid (hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within our Data organization. In this role, you’ll help bring ideas to life — from early exploration to delivery — ensuring that projects are well-aligned with our business goals and deliver measurable value.

You’ll contribute to projects such as:

Evolving our automated marketing investment systems Scaling creative generation through data and machine learning Automating key internal processes in the Marketing and Product areas

You'll be working closely with data scientists, machine learning and software engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders — helping keep everyone aligned, focused, and moving forward.

What You’ll Do Understand company priorities and identify relevant opportunities across the Data organization Define project scopes and success metrics, coordinating with technical and non-technical teams Create clear timelines, set realistic milestones, and help remove roadblocks along the way Maintain project momentum and adapt as needed in a fast-paced environment Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared goals Help bring structure, clarity, and focus to cross-functional initiatives About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (STEM degree) Are experienced working in technical environments, alongside data scientists and engineers Bring strong project management and organizational skills Are comfortable working with SQL and Python to understand data workflows, validate outputs, and collaborate more effectively with technical teams Use data and analytical thinking to guide decisions Communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders Value teamwork, inclusion, and collaborative problem solving Are comfortable prioritizing and adapting in fast-changing situations Have professional fluency in English as well as Spanish (spoken and written) Are based in Madrid or willing to relocate, and open to working 2 days per week from the office Benefits & Perks Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
