Senior Data Operations Analyst III

This role works directly with client IT teams to acquire data files, validate data, and import them into our applications. You will work closely with project managers for new implementations, sales teams for implementations/client assessments, and operations teams for ongoing support of clients once live. To thrive in this role, you must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with various healthcare data standards and stakeholders. **Here's what you will experience working as a Senior Data Operations Analyst III:** + Own complex client implementations: Acquire, import, and validate data and prepare proprietary systems and platforms ready for go-live from a data perspective. + Healthcare data expertise: Work with industry-standard formats including FHIR, HL7 (v2/v3), X12 EDI transactions, and batch data processing to ensure accurate data exchange and interoperability. + Maintain data pipelines at scale: Ensure reliability, performance, and data quality of production systems and batch processes. + Client relationship management: Partner with client IT teams to collaboratively work towards data that meets specifications. + Data analysis and reporting: Write queries, analyze trends, and create reports around system performance and client data needs. + Cross-team collaboration: Present findings to non-technical stakeholders and work with teams across the organization to deliver results. **To be successful in this role, the candidate will have:** + 3+ years of proven experience with healthcare data formats and standards (experience with some or a combination of: batch data processing, FHIR, HL7 v2/v3, X12 EDI transactions) + Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: building HL7 interfaces, implementing FHIR API integrations, or processing batch data feeds (flat files, CSV, fixed-width) from client systems - the more the better + SQL (or similar) + Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ETL processes + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity + Ability to partner and collaborate closely with both internal and external project/operational stakeholders **It's a plus if you bring:** + Experience in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or _interest in making the US healthcare system more efficient_ + Experience with large-scale data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, EMR (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) For this US-based position, the base pay range is $70,921.24 - $114,234.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
