Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Data Governance Consultant in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures * Serve as a data steward for one or more key domains * Partner with data owners to maintain authoritative data definitions and metadata in data catalogs * Monitor and track data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and supporting remediation efforts * Support the rollout and adoption of enterprise data governance tools * Facilitate data lineage documentation and help ensure transparency of data flows across systems * Assist in compliance efforts related to internal data standards, regulatory requirements * Create and maintain data stewardship documentation, including data dictionaries and lineage maps * Contribute to the maturity of the enterprise data governance framework, working under the guidance of the Data Governance Lead
