IT Senior Data Engineer
If you are a Senior Data Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Manila, Philippines location, you will work with a global organization from Data Management and Analytics team members, interact with different stakeholders, customers spread all around the globe to get their raw data into cloud-based platform and transform the data into meaningful insights. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Engineering & Development
Develops code and solutions that transfers/transforms data across various systemsMaintains deep technical knowledge of various tools in the data warehouse, data hub,and analytical tools.Ensures data is transformed and stored in efficient methods for retrieval and use.Maintains data systems to ensure optimal performanceDevelops a deep understanding of underlying business systems involved with analytical systems.Follows standard software development lifecycle, code control, code standards andprocess standards.Maintains and develops technical knowledge by self-training of current toolsets andcomputing environments, participates in educational opportunities, maintains professionalnetworks, and participates in professional organizations related to their tech skillsSecure & deploy ADF pipelines, enable CI/CDAutomate dbt deployments, manage GitHub integrationMonitor Snowflake costs, auto-suspend, usage analyticsEnforce access controls (RBAC)Proven Expertise to data cataloging and governance tools (e.g., Purview, Atlan, or Collibra) is a plus, setting up and managing data observability tools and capabilitySystems Analysis
