Job Description Key Responsibilities + Design & develop data, software, & tech solutions to business questions. + Pressure-test requirements for accurate delivery. + Present & lead status to business stakeholders. + Prepare & present data distributions to non-tech audiences. + Compile & deliver accurate solution estimates. + Define scope by understanding business needs w/ technology capabilities. + Elicit requirements from ambiguous business needs. + Challenge where needed. + Execute the software development lifecycle for new builds/changes Qualifications Education & Experience Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, analytics or related field & 5 years of work experience in a combination of data analyst, business systems analyst &/or data engineering roles. Of experience required, must have: + 4 years analyzing or engineering data w/ Structured Query Language (SQL); + 3 years gathering business requirements & preparing & presenting orally & in writing to supervisor, non-technology stakeholders, & peers in a matrixed organization; + 1 year analyzing or transforming data w/ Python; & + 1 year storing, processing, or analyzing data on cloud-based solutions. Alternatively, would accept Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, analytics or related field & 1 year of work experience in a combination of data analyst, business systems analyst &/or data engineering roles. Of experience required, must have 1 year of each of (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv). Experience may be gained concurrently. Would accept a combination of education, training & work experience.
