What's the job? Drive automation in all technical areas Help to maintain and improve stability of the Data Platform as well as drive decision  Making in effectively and efficiently influence scalability  Supporting the Design and delivery of pipelines and paths to production Working closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owner and Scrum Masters to create,  deliver and support the platform in line with our infrastructure strategy Reviewing automation in technical areas and recommend improvements Creation and ongoing ownership of the platform common standards and practices Work closely with Data Engineers with exposure to Data Lake and Data Warehouse 
What you'll bring A strong background and working knowledge of Data engineering  A strong technical background in build and release environments, with experience of CI tools such as Gitlab, Azure DevOps Pipelines  Good programming skills in Shell  Infrastructure as a code using Terraform/Ansible  Experience in ADF Pipeline optimisation  Experience in Azure Databricks administration (understanding of Cluster management, monitoring  etc.)  Azure Cloud management for core services  A good understanding and any experience of monitoring tools like DataDog  Excellent command of English (written and spoken) 

 

Nice to have:
