The Program Manager will support third-party data center (3PDC) projects for CBRE’s clients, and will be responsible for coordinating various engineering tasks within the program. Responsibilities include maintaining and revising program documentation, engineering guides, and other technical tools necessary for thorough due diligence. The position also involves overseeing the progress of due diligence deliverables and ensuring that all relevant materials are appropriately saved and processed according to program guidelines. _This role will be onsite at one of the following sites: New York, New York; Sunnyvale, CA; Omaha, NE; Austin, TX; Kirkland, WA. Relocation can be made available for the right candidate._ **What you’ll do** + Oversee the technical due diligence process and ensure activities are not halted or delayed. + Continuous monitoring of in-flight projects with the intention of escalating issues or blockers. + Ensure timely and accurate recording of technical due diligence details and relevant information. + Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify requirements. + Regularly review the status of in-flight site evaluations and identify any bottlenecks or delays. + Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates on project timelines. + Identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally. + Maintain organized and up-to-date records of contract-related documents. + Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract processing issues. + Coordination of technical information across multiple sites across the fleet globally. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of solid experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + 5 years of design experience + A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry in the areas of financial analysis, project management, construction, ethical practices, business operations, marketing, and business development. + The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. + Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. + Experience with healthcare construction project management is preferred + Proficient in using Google Workspace applications, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive. + Expert interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality **Disclaimer:** Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend have consolidated into a single global business entity. The minimum salary for this position is $145,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
