You Are:
As the Senior Data Architect, you are an accomplished business leader to will drive the growth and strategic direction of our Workday Practice unit. You are a senior leader with P&L accountability, client relationship management, and team development who has built a world-class Workday services practice, competing with Tier1 competition in the market.
The Opportunity:
Own complete P&L responsibility for the Workday Practice unit Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion Maintain and improve Net EBITDA margins while scaling operations Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with market opportunities Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions as needed Lead sales initiatives and client engagement strategies for enterprise Workday opportunities Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at target and existing clients Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify and pursue new market segments Drive thought leadership through industry events, webinars, and client advisory sessions Establish strategic partnerships to enhance market reach Ensure delivery excellence across all client engagements Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams across delivery, sales, and specialized functions Drive innovation in delivery methodologies and automation tools Represent the practice in company-wide strategic initiatives and forums Build strong relationships with Workday's partner ecosystem and product teamsWhat you need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, and MBA preferred At least 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise software services, in leadership roles with P&L accountability, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday implementations and solutions Proven track record in similar roles at tier-1 IT services companiesDeep understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Financial Management, Planning, etc.) Strong knowledge of HR and Finance business processes Experience with cloud transformation and digital workplace initiatives Understanding of integration technologies and data migration strategies Demonstrated success in building and scaling service practices from the ground up Strong sales acumen with experience in enterprise deal negotiations, including excellent client relationship management and executive presence Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex matrix organizations Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote US, ideally in Southern California and will involve travel and visits to customer offices on need basis for sales functions.
Compensation Range: $176,000-$264,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent childcare, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
