**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Data Analysis & Insight Generation**
+ Lead data analysis projects from conception to completion, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, including regression analysis, time series analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modelling, to identify patterns, forecast trends, and evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
**Reporting & Visualisation**
+ Design, develop, and maintain robust dashboards and reports using various BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
+ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior management, explaining complex data findings in an accessible manner.
**Mentorship & Continuous Improvement**
+ Identify opportunities for data collection, data quality improvements, and process optimization to enhance the reliability and efficiency of data-driven insights.
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies in data analytics and recommend their adoption where relevant **.**
+ Mentor and guide junior data analysts, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and data literacy within the organization.
**Qualifications**
**Educational Background**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
**Professional Experience**
+ At least 6 years of relevant experience in business or data analytics.
+ Experience with marketing data and AdTech/MarTech is an advantage.
**Technical Skills**
+ Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Looker Studio).
+ Comfortable working with version control (e.g. Git) and command line.
+ Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
**Soft Skills**
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
**Other Desirable Attributes**
+ Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools.
+ Enthusiasm for AI and innovation.
+ Experience in the media and advertising industry.
