Job Summary:
Our ERP solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics D365 and is a customized solution delivering ERP processes cross our IT landscape. The EMEIA landscape is the most critical part of our IT landscape and is a key enabler for our businesses across EMEIA. During 2025 we are started to rollout the EMEIA ERP D365 Core projects and therefore is building up a capability to support our business during the rollouts as part of the program.
The EMEIA division is looking to appoint a D365 Technical Specialist to establish and empower the Service Delivery organisation across EMEIA.
The role will be part of the EMEIA IT team and report to IT Operations Manager. This role will work closely with our most important EMEIA strategic platforms which are our ERP-systems and Integrated platforms and will involve working closely with EMEIA Service Delivery Manager, the ERP Programme Team, ERP community and Domain to ensure expected level of ERP experience.
The position will also work in close collaboration with our external and internal IT delivery organisations to quality assure the support delivery within the ERP and related programs.
Role Objectives:
The D365 Technical Specialist will be part of, and deliver support within, the ERP Service Delivery organization that spans across EMEIA, working closely with the ERP Program Team, the ERP Community and stakeholders to ensure a high level of ERP experience.

Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical support to ensure the D365 ERP solution is technically performing, meets all requirements and is developed to the expected specification.
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets all requirements and is developed to the expected specification.
System Customization and Development: Development knowledge for our customized D365 F&O applications, modules, forms, and workflows using X++ and other relevant technologies. Integration: Knowledge to Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems (e.g., third-party applications, data warehouses) using APIs and other integration tools. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 F&O applications, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance. Root-cause investigations and preventive measures Technical Design and Documentation: Knowledge of technical designs, documentation, and test plans for customizations and integrations. Environment Management: Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) to manage and deploy D365 F&O environments, including updates and customizations. Data Management: Implement and manage data migration and synchronization processes using the Data Management Framework. Security and Configuration: Configure security settings, customize security roles, and manage system configurations. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest D365 F&O features, updates, and best practices. System Integration: Experience with system integration techniques and data migration processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues. To validate deliveries of root cause analysis for problem tickets and incidents Ensure that RCA's are good quality and that solutions are provided and implemented as an outcome to those RCAs
Education and Work Experience
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Total Years of Experience: 6 – 9 years Dynamics 365 Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310) are advantageous. Proven AX implementation experience in relevant modules (5+ years) AX2009, AX2012 & D365 (preferred). Strong experience of integration and integrating ERP to external systems. 5+ years with experience and knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft Dynamics 2009/2012/D365 Technical Proficiency: Understanding X++ programming language, Visual Studio, and other relevant technologies. Experience Agile and Azure DevOps Good understanding of architecture on which ERP operates including design, configuration, implementation, and support of ERP. Knowledge of table structure for relevant modules. Knowledge of customer support and ITIL / IT Service
Additional Experiences:
Proven development experience (5 years+) as a developer involved in multiple software projects, including ERP. Highly skilled in standard software development cycle practices. Good understanding of development principles and best practice. Knowledge of formal software release and deployment management. Experience in working in a global organization with geographically dispersed, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams. Strong experience developing within and integrating to various external systems.
Language Skills
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
