YOUR ROLE:

As Customs Clerk you will be responsible for handling the administrative and documentation aspects of importing and exporting goods. Duties involve ensuring compliance with customs regulations, preparing and processing necessary paperwork, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders.

Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearanceCustoms import / export of goods (including export shipment invoicing- if the case)Cooperation with forwarding companies and customs brokerIssuance of requests for classifications (RFC),Preparation, verification and updating procedures and work instructions for customs processesParticipation in development, effectiveness and reorganization projects for internal needsMonitoring and control of temporary import and exportSupervision of preferential origin process including preparation of preferential origin calculation, preferential origin certificatesMonitoring and updating the archive

YOUR BACKGROUND:

2+ years of experience in customs processes and law requirements in HUProficiency in Microsoft Excel with familiarity with ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentEnglish knowledge is required
