Senior Customer Success Manager

Your Role:

As a member of the Customer Success team, this role will be responsible for the renewal and expansion for existing highly Strategic Tenable customers.

Your Opportunity:

Responsible for renewing and expanding revenue within given client base

Responsible for forecasting and achieving Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets

Manage client relationship through all phases of the customer lifecycle

Work with some of Tenable’s most strategic and high-profile clients to ensure continued adoption and expansion

Provide a consultative solutions sales process to clients

Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations

Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports

Responsible for onboarding clients, assisting with client adoption, maintaining client satisfaction through consistent value-added communications and meetings

Manage clients’ escalations

Work closely with Territory Manager and Sales Engineers to maintain client health and drive expansion opportunities

Develop client specific milestone plans to ensure clients’ success using Tenable products and services

Partner with Marketing team, Product team and Support team to serve as the voice of the customer

Assist management team with ongoing Customer Success Management efficiency projects

What You'll Need:

BA/BS degree and 5+ years of sales experience focused on renewal or growing existing business

Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product is a plus

Large account management or project management experience

Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies

Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

Create expansion opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building

Proven track record of growing business from an established client base

Strong time management skills

Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics

Strong oral and written communication skills are a must

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer focused environment

Ability to quickly understand client business structures and needs and articulate and demonstrate what is required for a successful implementation of customer expectation

Experience with Cybersecurity industry

Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Salesforce

Detail oriented with excellent follow-up

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time

Some travel may be required
