_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_
+ Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.
+ Ability to execute highly complex or specialised work.
+ Knowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular area.
+ Works independently, applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.Responsible for customer service activities including telephone and email.
_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_
+ The senior level Customer Service Representative will handle enquired regarding complex and/or important products, services and promotions.
+ This position will also typically receive and/or place telephone calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures and Liaise with sales and technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
_Education_
+ _Education Level:_ High School Diploma / GED
_Experience/Background_
+ _Experience_ : Minimum 1 year
