Senior Customer Service Representative - English speakingCustomer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.
In this role You will: Coordinate the order management process of clients in the automotive industryMaintain customer and material master databaseEnter customer orders and follow them upManage customer requests and queriesBe logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completionInteract with customers and collaborators in a professional, friendly and efficient mannerFacilitate the invoicing processWhat You will need to be successful:High level of proficiency in EnglishExperience in Customer Service working in a shared service centreExperience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and SAP)High Level of IT proficiency in Microsoft packagesOutstanding time management and organisation skills.Ability to prioritise, handle urgent issues and situations, following through to resolution in a timely manner and focusing efforts to deliver business value, raising properly if neededExperience of working in a customer focused business to business environment and different level of collaboratorsHighly motivated and ambitious to deliver value to end customers and business both operationally and financiallyStrong written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across a matrix organisation.At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:
