**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives.
+ Offer outstanding customer service and support to internal and external collaborators.
+ Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
+ Develop and implement data quality improvement processes.
+ Ensure compliance with data policies and procedures.
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of data management documentation.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in customer service or data management.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in data management tools and software.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Diligent with a strong focus on accuracy.
