As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our global channel partners, delivering world-class support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction from order to delivery. 

 

This role is based in Mexico City and requires onsite presence. 

 

A typical day in this role may include: 

Processing customer orders accurately and confirming delivery timelines 

Handling customer inquiries and coordinating with our Logistics, Operations, and Third-Party Supplier Teams 

Proactively keeping customers updated on the status of their orders and service requests 

 

What we’re looking for: 

Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Administrative roles 

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency 

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is a plus (training will be provided) 

Strong communication skills and a solution-focused attitude
