Senior Customer Education Content Developer - Documentation and Onboarding

We are looking for a Senior Customer Education Content Developer - Documentation and Onboarding to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you'll lead the strategic development of internal customer training programs and educational content for Clarivate processes within the Intellectual Property Segment. You'll coordinate with Product and Customer Success leaders to assess needs, set priorities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences that drive success.

7+ years of relevant experience in similar roles3+ years of experience in creating training guides and process documentsProficiency in EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Office suite

What will you be doing in this role?  

Translate complex needs analysis and functional specifications into comprehensive curriculum and content strategies. Lead content preparation for product launches, change management, and go-to-market activities, working closely with subject matter experts to define and meet training requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert on content creation, staying current with industry best practices and implementing innovative digital training approaches. Manage the content efficacy program, analyzing performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations. Drive the prioritization and development of training materials while ensuring consistent quality and maintenance standards. 

About the Team   

You will be a member of our developing global operations team focused on 4 key areas: customer experience, data & insights, colleague engagement, and business operations.  We strive to make improvements in the day-to-day operations as well as deliver and execute the strategy for Customer Success. You will be developing engaging and effective documentation for both customer success colleagues and customer, based on needs and products. Ensure that all educational materials and curriculum are up-to-date and aligned with best practices, while also managing content efficacy through data analysis and feedback.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
