The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. 

 

Opening available at the following branch location:

150 North Sunrise in Roseville CA. 

 

This is a full time position that pays $19.00  / hour

This would be a 40 hour work week. Weekends are manadatory for this position. The branch hours are from 7:30am until 6pm Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sundays, 9am until 3pm. The shifts are as follows

Thursday 9:30am until 6:30pm

Friday 9:30am until 6:30pm

Saturday 8:00am until 3:30pm

Sunday 8:00am until 3:30pm

Monday 9:30am until 6:30pm

 

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendorsManage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldMust have at least 2 years prior customer service experience in a retail environmentMust have recent and relevant customer service experinece in the last 2 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months. Must be available to work weekends.
