Job Description:

Our group is looking for motivated Senior cryptographic embedded software developers to deliver creative solutions to software challenges having unique performance, size, and execution requirements. You will bring your experience with embedded software development for various platforms using the Linux development environment, knowledge of networking protocols, Cryptographic algorithms, and OS concepts to work with a team pushing the limits of technology.  Opportunities include Linux device drivers and kernel modifications, writing high-performance C code for both Linux and RTOS environments, and exploring the latest hardware technologies in the market.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field8+ years of related work experience (with at least 5 years of experience as an embedded firmware engineer)Programming language fluency in C/C++Embedded OS principles like memory management and caches, memory addressing, SMPSoftware development principles, data structures, pointers, and algorithmsFamiliarity with Type 1 Encryption, encryption key management, session management protocolsFamiliarity with network protocols, TCP/IP stackU.S. citizenship is required.Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Linux kernel and device driver programmingFamiliarity with RISC assembly (MIPS, ARM, PowerPC, etc.)Cross compilation, GNU make tools, open source development toolsProtocol Analysis - Knowledge of how IP/Serial based protocols work and how to reverse their format including checksums, MACs, encoding formats, HTTP, XML etc.Network configuration and debugging, WiresharkEncryption - A good understand of how symmetrical and asymmetrical encryption works, certificate chain of trust, crypto weaknesses etc. Script programming (Python, bash, etc.)

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
