In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in sourcing new clients or growing existing dealer relationships in a given product or specialtyUnderstand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationshipsLead moderately complex transactions in partnership with coverage teams for specialty products, including by analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients; lead internal coordination and submit transactions to management or independent risk for approvalCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectivesIndependently resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsPartner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectivelyContribute to large-scale planning related to a given product or specialty’s business objectivesServe as a mentor for less experienced individuals
