Job Description:
The AB Sr Credit Officer manages a portfolio of asset-based structured loans in the retail industry. The AB Sr Credit Officer is responsible for actively monitoring financial and collateral trends and recommending appropriate action. Responsibilities also include reviewing requests for loan modifications, analyzing financial performance, negotiating terms, drafting proposals, reviewing and negotiating loan documents and preparing recommendations for approval.
The AB Sr. Credit Officer is an active member of the client team and interfaces directly with the client and participates in building the client relationship. Generally capable of handling the most sensitive accounts. The AB Sr. Credit Officer is responsible for handling both strong credits as well as distressed/turnaround credits including managing accounts through a bankruptcy process.
Responsibilities:

Must have 10+ years of Asset Based loan credit and portfolio management experience for the Sr. AB Credit Officer position. Must have 5+ years of Asset Based loan credit and portfolio management experience for the AB Credit Officer position.Must have the ability to independently manage a complex portfolio of corporate and middle market banking clients.Must have experience managing agented syndicated accounts.Must have experience reviewing and negotiating loan documentation.Desired Qualification:
