Are you passionate about creating digital content that fuels performance? As a Senior Creative Content Specialist at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you’ll design and optimize derivative assets that power campaigns across paid and owned channels – with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google PMax, websites, and emails.
This role combines hands-on execution with strategic development: you will not only create high-performing copy and visuals but also shape frameworks and best practices that scale creative excellence across the company.
You’ll collaborate with media, content, and analytics experts in a global team setup to translate campaign messages into high-performing formats. If you combine creativity, strong copywriting skills, and data-driven thinking, this role offers the opportunity to shape how we engage B2B audiences worldwide.
Location: Zug Switzerland, open to other locations in the European time zone
Your new responsibilities
Design and produce high-performing ad creatives for channels like LinkedIn, Google PMax, and display Craft compelling ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action tailored to different personas and platforms Translate campaign messaging into formats that drive engagement and conversion Create and adapt visual and written assets for email campaigns, landing pages, and websites based on performance data Develop motion graphics, animations, and short-form video assets to support storytelling Maintain consistency in style, tone of voice, and brand identity across all content formats and markets Collaborate closely with paid media, campaign, content, and analytics teams to iterate and optimize assets Contribute to creative playbooks, templates, and production processes Ensure proper rollout and versioning of assets across internal and external channels
Your talents and experiences
Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Media Production or related field 5+ years of experience in digital content creation for B2B or agency environments Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and copywriting for performance-driven assets Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma Proven ability to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets aligned with campaign goals Familiarity with creative testing, asset optimization, and funnel logic Fluent in English; German is a plus A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
