In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal supervision by more senior Contract Services staff, including in: Responding, within established guidelines, to customers’ RFP/RFQs, vendor qualification documents and contractual requests; Drafting and negotiating with customers, appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties; Takes the Contracts Lead role on Less complex international and multi-BU project contracts; Less complex frame agreements (single WA); Takes the Contracts Lead role (including the Global Contracts Lead role on GSAP accounts) on more complex projects and frame agreements as experience develops; Interfaces with customers, members of the legal team and other Emerson partners to bring deals to closure; Analyses business, financial, and legal risks; Researches information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports;Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
2-4 years of work experience in a contracts-related role Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field Completion of IACCM Contract and Commercial Management (CCM) Training Program to Practitioner Level strongly preferred Intermediate MS Office skills Excellent oral and written English and French language skills; other languages are an advantage Experienced negotiation skills Extensive knowledge of Contract law & principlesPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
