We’re seeking a **Senior Costing Analyst** to lead initiatives that optimize product costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and support data-driven decision-making in procurement. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and support strategic and tactical initiatives in areas such as commodities, supplier management, and vendor relationships. + Develop and maintain cost tracking reports and forecasts to support sourcing decisions. + Provide actionable recommendations to senior procurement leaders based on cost analysis. + Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure total cost productivity across the supply chain. **What You Bring** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience in a similar industry). + 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency in cost modeling, reporting tools, and data analysis. **Skills & Expertise** + Solid understanding of procurement principles and business operations. + Ability to adapt processes and methods based on business needs and guidelines. + Familiarity with company policies and sourcing procedures. **Problem Solving** + Capable of resolving varied and complex issues using prior experience and analytical techniques. + Comfortable initiating collaboration to address challenges and improve processes. + Works independently with general guidance. **Communication & Collaboration** + Able to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. + Skilled in influencing and gaining alignment across teams and stakeholders. + Provides objective insights to support decision-making. **Impact & Accountability** + Contributes to short-term team goals and supports medium-term strategic objectives. + Manages personal workload and adjusts efforts to meet performance targets. + May guide junior team members and influence cost and profitability outcomes.
