**ABOUT YOUR ROLE:** The Senior Costing Analyst, Operational Costing of Global Product Costing (GPC), primarily based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will be a part of the Costing Management function in the newly formed Product Costing organization at VF Corporation. Located at [TBD – Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh, Zhongshan] the Senior Costing Analyst, Operational Costing for [TBD – APP, FTW/EQ] is responsible for costing operations that support 100’s of millions of dollars’ worth of product cost across VF’s portfolio of brands and products. This professional will support modernization and standardization of costing approaches utilizing consistent data-driven, automated and efficient processes in partnership with VF product sourcing teams and product supply Vendors in country of manufacturing. This individual will fully leverage “One VF” scale through use of harmonized and scalable fact-based costing methodologies. The costing professional will play an important role in the Product Costing Organization with an extensive focus on operational costing optimization. The individual will partner closely with other functions in the Costing Organization to ensure process and best practice adherence. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** _Include but not limited to_ + Operations: Manage seasonal costing calendar and associated activities, support with information for negotiation with vendors and cost related analysis. + Profitability: Provide timely and relevant insights to the Development Costing team and Costing Leadership, supported by the Costing Intelligence and Engineering teams, to identify opportunities to design to higher profitability and support costing negotiations with Vendors. + Connectivity: Support connectivity and information sharing among Product Vendors, Sourcing, Global Material Supply, Finance, Engineering and Suppliers that enables a valuable One-VF Global Costing Strategy. + Team: Collaborate and align across the GPC organization as well as with vendors through continuous communication and proactively bring forth ideas for process improvements. + Process Improvements: Achieve improvements in costing activity productivity and efficiency through eliminating redundancies, automating repetitive tasks and optimizing processes for maximum value. + Standardization: Ensure processes adherence across all brands and regions to leverage one-VF scale and operating procedures across the enterprise. + Project Leadership and participation: Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives and conduct specific analyses as needed producing deliverables in a diverse, fast paced environment through extensive collaboration across teams + Travel: Minimal travel required **WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:** **Competency requirements:** + Highly collaborative and trusted professional with a strong work ethic + Proven success in adopting change and transformation + Experience in business process improvements desired + Experience managing key partnerships, managing multiple stakeholder groups, and consistently delivering business results in a manner that fits with VF’s guiding principles + Experience in a global matrix environment including strategic and innovative thinking + Digital and analytical mindset with a passion for efficiency and process innovation **Skill Requirements:** + Experience in adopting change + Strong analytical and reasoning skills + Eager to learn and adopt new methods, tools, technologies + Good communication skills: diplomatic, open, good listener, direct, succinct + Language Proficiency: Oral and written fluency in English R-20250720-0016 VF Diversity Vision Statement VF is committed to creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and values the differences among all of our associates, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we live and conduct business.
