Wood is currently looking for a Senior Cost Engineer to join our Wood Consulting team here in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Responsible for personal safety and working within the provisions and guidelines of the Wood HSE processes Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Wood Quality Assurance systems and processes Review and ensure correct project set-up in the cost system in accordance with the project WBS and Call-Off order issued by client ensuring accurate cost code allocation and initial budget set-up and approvals. Manage and control systems data interfaces to ensure the cost system is up to date and reflects project cost status Liaise with project manager to ensure accuracy in project cost phasing and forecasting. Liaise with engineering, finance and time-capture functions, and third parties as required, to ensure accurate and timely capture of procurement, materials, subcontract and labour costs. Ensure costs are allocated accurately in accordance with budget
