Position OverviewAs the Senior Copywriter, you will help shape the voice of our brand through impactful and engaging storytelling. In this role, you will develop compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms, including digital, social media, email, print, and more. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for crafting content that not only aligns with our brand identity but also drives meaningful business results. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of messaging strategies for promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other brand initiatives Write polished, persuasive copy for multiple channels including in-store collateral, web, email marketing, paid media, social media, and more Approach creative with a poetic spirit and a lively, optimistic mindset Champion and produce elevated, editorial content; bring new ideas forward Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and marketing strategists to create engaging content Manage and mentor other copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills Review and edit copy from team members to ensure quality and consistency Conduct research to stay current on design trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning Contribute to creative pitches, lead presentations, take feedback with grace Leverage AI to supercharge your ideation, versioning, and workflow Maintain brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency across all communications Occasional travel may be required Qualifications 7+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in a home furnishings, lifestyle, or retail sectors A portfolio which demonstrates creative abilities, innovative thinking, craftsmanship, cultural awareness, and versatility in voice Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience mentoring junior writers or leading copywriting teams Meticulous attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills Strong conceptual thinking, an editorial mindset, and ability to translate brand values into compelling narratives Cross-channel campaign experience Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate direction while maintaining creative integrity Passionate about interior design, home décor, and creating meaningful customer experiences Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
