Job overview and responsibilities
 

The purpose of the Coordinator position is to support the Human Factors and Pilot Development team, and pilots during training. Key responsibilities to include: Onboarding new hire pilots, coordinating class preparation, enrolling pilots in training programs, and assisting instructors with daily class activities.

Supports pilots in trainingVerifies license and training documentsEnroll training pilots in new computer based systems: Help Hub/TakeOff/ Pelesys/SharePointAssist with distribution and updating HFPD iPadsAccomplishes administrative tasks to support Human Factors’ classes and instructorsAssists with class preparation and onboarding of new employeesCoordinates classroom resources for classes and class visitorsMaintain department inventory/supply listCoordinates Captain Upgrade logistics, agenda, and instructor schedulingCollates class survey data, training volume statistics, and training anomaliesQualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

 

High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent required2+ years experience coordinating personnel resources and experience in project coordinationSolid communication, organizational, and computer skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship  Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification  Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $52,725.00 to $68,632.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
