JLL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Lead to manage and optimize our Meetings & Events operations and comprehensive Facilities Services. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all on-site events while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our employees and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

ResponsibilitiesMeetings & Events

Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all on-site meetings, conferences, and special events, from small internal gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to understand event requirements and ensure successful delivery.

Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with catering, AV, decor, and other event-related vendors. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Logistics & Setup: Supervise event setup, including room configuration, technical requirements, and material distribution. Ensure all event spaces are prepared to the highest standards.

On-site Support: Provide leadership and oversight during events, addressing any issues or last-minute requests promptly and professionally.

Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future event experiences.

Facilities Services (Hard & Soft)

Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of hard facilities services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural integrity) and soft facilities services (e.g., cleaning, landscaping, waste management, security, reception, mailroom).

Maintenance & Repairs: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs. Oversee and coordinate all repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.

Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for all facilities-related needs. Monitor performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of facilities professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a leadership role overseeing both meetings/events and facilities management.

Proven experience managing both hard and soft facilities services.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing a wide range of events.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development and management.

Excellent vendor management.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g.,Ticketing systems, Google Suite).
