This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success. **The Position** As Senior Allocation Coordinator Full Price & eCom you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation Team, executing optimized initial allocations and stock replenishment across the full price & ecom sales channels, including full-price stores, concession partners, and e-commerce. You will work closely with Merchandise Planning, Buying, Hub, Channel leadership and Supply Chain teams to allocate within physical and digital locations, ensuring stock is directed to stores in the right volumes at the right time to optimize profitability. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your leadership will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand. **Key Responsibilities:** • Orderbook management: Ensure order book management is completed, ensuring actuals match back to plans set, ensure order book has been set up correctly in coordination with planning team and that needs of Capacity Planner are met. Accurately set up all requirements for the orderbook – pricing, VAS, requirement segments, customer indicator • DTC Full Price & eCom allocation: Execute initial allocations for the Full Price & eCom sales channels in line with commercial drop dates and optimized store level quantities for product launch • NOS product availability: Manage Store/eCom availability on NOS products through optimal inventory targets based on an Option level demand plan • Replenishment management: Execute the replenishment process, with focus on replenishing the stock to the most profitable stores/channel to maximize sales potential and minimize markdown impacts. Ensure accurate and Target Stock Levels (BSLs) are in the system, based on sales and forward weeks of cover and store capacity • DTC Trade: Participate in weekly Cross Functional Trade meetings, partner with planning & buying counterparts to produce weekly actions, based on current trade and future financial targets – have full understanding of current trade performance and future trade financial plans to adjust and refine replenishment needs. Clear understanding of Divisional best sellers, worst sellers, best stores and worse stores and monitor stock levels • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and report on store inventory levels & key KPIs, including in-stock %, weeks of cover (WOC), rate of sale and adjust replenishment based on trends. Ensure forward orderbook is accurate across multiple supply chain requirements and consumption of the orderbook is analyzed on a weekly basis • Seasonal Hindsight: Participate in seasonal hindsight and strategy meetings for your Division/product groups with Buying & Planning, bringing analysis and contributing to future strategy • New Stores: Ensure correct stock packages for any new stores, refit or relocations, ensuring stock is blocked at correct time for any store closures • Key User and Team Support: Key user of replenishment tool, collaborate with Product Owner for any improvement and developments needed. Understanding of systems to be able to support in full Allocation team. Coach, train and mentor junior members of Allocation team • Commercial mindset: Fully understand trading calendar and ensure DC is aware of different outbound needs based on commercial calendar and trade actions • Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency. Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above.
