**Position Summary**
The Senior Coordinator is a member of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Finance Operations Department. The Senior Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing vital financial operations in support of the Medicare Prescription Payment Program (M3P). This position encompasses a broad spectrum of duties, focusing on cash application, premium prioritization, refunds, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-pressure, deadline-driven financial operations environment. You will work with colleagues from across Finance, Treasury, Billing, banking, and other vendor partners.
**Required Qualifications**
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have the following experience/knowledge/ability:
+ 1 or more years of professional experience in a customer service, billing, finance, accounting, or other healthcare operations role
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience using SAP.
+ Experience with bank lockbox check processing, and/or credit card processing.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, Visio, PowerPoint .
+ Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize work .
+ Strong attention to detail .
+ Focused and thorough research skills.
+ Ability to handle high volume of work within defined turnaround times coupled with excellent quality.
+ Ability to effectively work within a team.
+ Flexible in adapting to change.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze data and determineconclusions.
+ Ability to learn and apply increasingly complex concepts, policies and procedures .
+ Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, organize time and workload .
+ Skilled in identifying and solving issues and recommending process improvements .
+ Ability to work successfully in a deadline-oriented environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Education**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field preferred.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
