Main job function

Drafting of residential / home loan mortgage bond documents for the major banks Handle transfers, registration of subdivisions, consolidation and servitudes. Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation from inception up until registration. Compiling reports and updates to clients and liaising with relevant parties/Banks. Handle all bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency. Prepare final accounts and fee collections. Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all tasks. Maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Grade 12 / National Diploma or equivalent

 

Criteria

Minimum 6- 10 Years’ experience working in a conveyancing environment. Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank Bank and mortgage bond registrations Good command of the English language Computer Literate (MS Office Suite) including Excel Ability to work independently and to use initiative Meticulous and ability to pay attention to detail Ability to prioritise duties and handle pressure Knowledge of FICA Knowledge of basic numeracy and literacy skills

 

Salary

R45’000 CTC
