Senior Controls Engineer (105-120K+)

We’re hiring a Senior Controls Engineer for a thriving and innovative manufacturing company in PA.

Position Duties:

Lead control system design and software development for custom automation projects Oversee and support the full lifecycle of controls projects including PLC, HMI, vision, and robotics programming Act as a technical resource and mentor for Controls Engineers and Technicians Guide system architecture design and task assignments for project teams Troubleshoot systems during build and startup, including field service support as needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality processes

Education and Experience:

BS degree and 5+ years of Automation and Controls Engineering Experience. Expertise in PLC & HMI (Allen Bradley), Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence) Robotics Programming (Epson, Fanuc) Strong working knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards Ability to lead teams and deliver technically complex solutions independently
