What you'll do
Actively lead various activities to ensure overall financial performance, such as financial forecasting, budgeting, quarter end close and cost allocations. Be a business partner to business units in the Customer Services & Delivery organization, work out key messages from in-depth analysis and recommend action items to the management. Support transformation and change in respective units to achieve financial targets, identify risks, and support mitigation measures. Support and lead further projects to increase automation and simplify processes in the controlling as well as in the business environment. Engage in preparation and financial validation of strategic and operational business cases. Ensure transparency and compliance with financial guidelines. Actively apply agile working methods & foster agile mindset.
What you bring
We are looking for YOU if you can answer most of the following questions with a "yes":
You have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or finance related studies; major in controlling is preferred. You have functional work experience of 5 years in financial planning & analysis (preferably cloud related) or a related role within a global company. You speak English fluently; German is a plus. You are proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools. You demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. You bring excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders and convey financial information clearly and concisely. You are self-managed, pragmatic, reliable, have a professional working style, pay attention to detail and commit to data accuracy in reporting & compliance. You can work independently and as part of a larger finance team, you consider feedback as a gift and embrace growth mindset
