The Senior Control Software Engineer must have a strong background in software development and will be in charge to implement customized solutions across the globe, adapted to the various HID equipment.
The selected candidate will be part of the manufacturing engineering team, contributing to projects involving credential provisioning equipment, test apparatus, and antenna winding and bonding operations within front-end factories.
The Senior Control Software Engineer will drive the activities in collaboration with HID worldwide teams or with sub-contractors.

As a Senior Control Software Engineer, you will support our continued success by:
Design, develop, and integrate robust, scalable architecture for the HMI platform using C#, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and seamless operation on automated machines. Lead UI design and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the user experience and interface aesthetics. Collaborate closely with program managers, operations, and technology teams to proactively implement industrial software solutions and optimize system performance. Interface with real-time database applications (SQL Server) and PLC control systems, ensuring seamless integration and reliable data flow. Develop and integrate process tracking and monitoring systems (MES) to enhance operational efficiency and ensure accurate, real-time production insights. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automated equipment issues both on-site and remotely, leveraging technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently and minimize downtime.

Your Experience and Education include:
Minimum of Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on development experience. Proficient in C#, WPF, JavaScript, Python, CSS and other similar programming languages, including Microsoft Visual Studio. Human Machine Interface (HMI) Design: Skilled in designing intuitive and efficient HMI system. Proven experience in the development, integration, and maintenance of software for automated machines, including motion control, PLC communication, and real-time data acquisition. Network Communication: Experience in implementing robust network communication protocols (TCP/IP, Serial, OPC UA). Installer and Updater Implementation: Expertise in developing and maintaining software installers and update mechanisms. Industrial Software Development & Maintenance: Extensive background in the development, enhancement, and upkeep of industrial software solutions. IT/Networking & Database Applications: Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure, networking protocols, and database management applications.
