Job Responsibilities

Your Main Responsibilities Include

Take a leading role in a cross-functional team, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and product designers, to translate system requirements into control system designs. Develop and implement control algorithms and strategies to achieve desired system performance and functionality. Utilize control engineering principles and tools to design and optimize control systems for various applications. Participate in comprehensive testing and validation of control systems, including simulation, modeling, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Identify and resolve complex control system issues through effective debugging and troubleshooting, working closely with the team to overcome challenges. Maintain accurate documentation of control system designs, specifications, and development processes. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices in control engineering. Background & Skills

To Be Considered For This Position, You Need To Have a Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or a Related Field, And You Have a Strong Interest And Experience In Control System Design And Implementation, Preferably In The Field Of Grid Connected Inverters Or Motor Control. Furthermore, You Have

Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB/ Simulink, C, C++ and Python in connection with testing. In-depth Knowledge of control engineering principles, including system modeling, feedback control, and optimization. Understanding of hardware components and their interaction with control systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for being part of a highly effective and cohesive team. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality documentation and designs.
