Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced professional to join our team of Contracts Managers\. This role will support various United States Government contracts for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense \(THAAD\) program within the Strategic and Missile Defense Line of Business\. The selected candidate will manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, mitigate risk, and support successful program outcomes\. The selected candidate will be an individual contributor, but must be able to succeed with minimal supervision and work well within a team construct\. They will work both Prime Contracts and IWTAs \(inter\-company agreements\) and support proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract administration\. This position requires a strong background in US Government contracting\. The THAAD Space program is primarily located in Lockheed Martin’s facility in Huntsville, AL\. As such the successful candidate will be located in Huntsville\. This is a hybrid role requiring some time to be spent on site\. Key Responsibilities \- Manage and administer U\.S\.
