The Senior Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts related to mining operations, including procurement, services, and construction. This office-based role supports project teams by ensuring contracts are legally sound, commercially viable, and aligned with company policies and project goals.


Specific role requirements:

Experience in working for Tier 1 EPCM company Experience in managing high value SMPEI Contract Packages - Pre-award and post award Demonstrated claims management experience. Ability to work in high performance team and managing client expectations  Ability to drive positive cost and schedule outcomes through collaboration and interfacing with key project stake holders Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 8+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in mining or heavy industry. Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and mining project dynamics. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
