The Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts related to mining operations, including procurement, services, and construction. This office-based role ensures that contracts are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with project and corporate objectives.

Specific role requirements:

Experience in working for Tier 1 EPCM company Experience in managing Civil & SMPEI Contract Packages - Pre-award and post award Demonstrated claims management experience. Ability to work in high performance team and managing client expectations  Ability to drive positive cost and schedule outcomes through collaboration and interfacing with key project stake holders productivity, schedule adherence, change management invoicing and claims avoidance. Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, issue of final modifications, invoices and coordinate completion of contractor performance evaluations. Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff. Travel, as required, to site locations to oversee contract operations.
