**Your New Role…**
In this role, you'll support Warner Bros. Discovery’s Worldwide Television Distribution team by analysing licensing agreements to determine product eligibility, categorisation, and pricing setup in our SAP-based system (COSMOS). You will manage sales order processing, prepare legal documentation, and collaborate with global teams.
**Your Role Accountabilities…**
+ Prepare contracts, amendments, schedules, and other legal documents using established templates.
+ Verify rights and clearances for licensed content (films and TV series), and research prior sales history and deal terms.
+ Resolve clearance, pricing, or rights issues prior to document distribution.
+ Analyse licensing agreement criteria for production inclusion, categorisation and pricing setup in the (COSMOS) system.
+ Input contract terms and licensed product data into the COSMOS system.
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of contractual changes and extension fees.
+ Support other contract management teams with document preparation and system input.
+ Track and manage the document lifecycle—from sales order to full execution—and coordinate document distribution.
+ Maintain accurate records and complete special projects as assigned.
+ Coordinate and correspond with Sales, Rights, Collections, Finance and Legal departments regarding contract administration issues.
**Qualifications & Experience…**
+ 2–3 years’ experience in contract management or a similar administrative role.
+ Media or Television Distribution experience, especially international, is highly desirable.
+ Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems strongly preferred.
+ Strong data processing skills and excellent attention to detail.
+ BA/BS degree required.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Highly organized, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
+ Comfortable working with international teams across time zones.
+ Willingness to work occasional overtime if needed.
+ Adaptability and ability to learn new systems quickly in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
