Location: No Fixed Location (UK-wide travel required)
Salary: £51,000 – £60,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Driving Licence Required (must be over 21 for insurance purposes)

What You’ll Do
Transformation & Operations
Design scalable resourcing and delivery models across hard, soft, and food FM servicesAlign UK systems with global Sodexo platforms for a seamless, integrated operating modelCollaborate with Centres of Excellence to enhance process consistency and service qualityData & Insight
Build insightful reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI) that drive smarter decisionsEliminate non-value-adding reports and focus on data that tells a compelling storyTranslate complex analysis into clear insights for operational and senior stakeholdersContinuous Improvement & Culture
Drive a culture of improvement through coaching, training, and cross-functional collaborationLead and support improvement projects across sites and functionsPartner with internal teams to embed best practices and digital solutionsKey Outcomes

Essential
Strong background in continuous improvement, analytics, and service optimisationProven experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable process improvementsExperience working within an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results iteratively.Skilled in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and integrated reporting toolsCommercial mindset with the ability to influence across all levelsExperience managing multi-site improvement initiativesExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel across the UKDesirable
Experience in government or regulated sectorsQualifications in finance, statistics, or data analysisExperience with structured project methodologies and external vendorsWhat we offer:
