ClearDATA is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing and corporate communications efforts. You will be responsible for defining and executing a compelling content strategy across multiple formats and channels to drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and customer teams to create high-impact messaging that supports ClearDATA’s brand and demand generation goals.

What You’ll Do Own and execute ClearDATA’s content strategy and brand voice across all channels, campaigns, and buyer stages Develop and manage a content library aligned to campaign objectives, funnel stages, and ClearDATA’s ideal customer profile Plan and implement executive thought leadership content, including editorial calendars, interviews, and authored content Produce content such as blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, research reports, case studies, webinar content, product one-pagers, and emails Manage content creation process end-to-end: ideation, writing, review, publishing, and promotion Work closely with internal SMEs, sales, product, and customer success to develop messaging that drives conversion and builds trust Lead PR strategy and manage PR contractors, media outreach, and placement Build a Thought Leadership Center of Excellence by enabling SMEs through social, video, and earned media content Collaborate with demand gen and digital marketing to optimize content for SEO, test performance, and maximize distribution ROI Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and increase production efficiency Repurpose content into various formats for broader reach and consistent messaging across all touchpoints Oversee visual asset creation with designers to ensure content is both compelling and on-brand What Success Looks Like Top-of-funnel conversions and MQLs grow quarter over quarter Content supports high-performing, pipeline-generating campaigns Improved landing page and gated asset conversion rates Increased website traffic and engagement from organic sources Higher webinar registration and attendance through stronger content Stronger SME and executive engagement in content creation and leadership What You Need 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, healthcare IT, or SaaS Bachelor’s degree in business communications, journalism, or a related field Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp editorial eye Experience managing writers, contractors, SMEs, and internal stakeholders Deep understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and how to align content with buyer journeys Experience owning a brand voice and editorial standards Project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and on budget Experience working with PR teams or agencies and familiarity with press release distribution Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, and AI-powered content tools Why You’ll Like Working Here Dynamic company that rewards high-performers On the cutting edge of new technologies and services Collaborative team environment that values multiple perspectives and fresh thinking Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life and 401K Stock options Unlimited vacation Competitive base salary, bonus, and performance incentives Budgeted Salary: $120,000
