Additional Skills & Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related fields. + Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and conversational design work. + Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, and conversation design platforms (e.g., Voiceflow, Botmock, Dialogflow). + Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and inclusive design practices. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working with LLMs or generative AI platforms. + Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven content optimization. + Experience in linguistics, psychology, or human-computer interaction (HCI) is a plus.
