The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you'll do:

Do you thrive at the intersection of user experience design and technical communication? As a Senior Content Designer in our team, you will innovatively blend design and content creation to craft seamless experiences that drive the adoption of HANA Cloud and BTP. Join us to champion the user's journey through intuitive content design and clear communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Create engaging, user-centered content designs by closely collaborating with developers, user assistance (UA) writers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

· Advocate for the user by conducting early testing of new technologies, ensuring an intuitive and smooth user experience.

· Define, review, and refine UI texts and in-app enablement content to ensure clarity, purpose, and alignment with our writing guidelines and standards.

· Investigate and explore AI use cases to actively shape the role of AI within the user experience.

· Ensure technical accuracy and usability of content, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

· Contribute to cross-department initiatives focused on enhancing quality, improving tools, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration.

· Utilize usage data, user feedback, and insights to inform and guide design and writing decisions.

 

Your expertise in both user experience design and technical writing will be pivotal in merging visual aesthetics with meticulously crafted content, making our products more accessible and easier to navigate. What you bring:

· University degree in design, communications, new media, or a related subject

· Fluent in English

· Several years (4+) of experience creating enablement content for software solutions

· Familiarity with databases or data management tools is a plus

· Proven ability to manage various deliverables in parallel with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines

· Enjoy contact with people and passing on your knowledge to others

· Dependable, helpful, and you value knowledge sharing with colleagueс
