About the role
Join us at the crossroads of marketing performance, lifecycle retention and growth, user experience, and brand storytelling. As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll drive the words and content solutions that boost acquisition, engagement, upsell, and cross-sell across multiple channels. You’ll pair sharp creative instincts with data-driven iteration to turn ideas into measurable business impact. You’ll foster a positive, collaborative team culture by showing openness, respect, and willingness to support others. About the Team
You’ll be joining the Customer Success Management Design (CSMD) Team, part of the Marketing, Brand, and Communications organization. We’re a fun, diverse, and collaborative group working at the intersection of marketing and product, partnering closely with both to craft seamless, user-focused experiences. Our work spans email communications and in-product messaging, ensuring users receive the right message, in the right place, at the right time. We’re an impact-driven team that thrives on aligning strategic goals with thoughtful, data-informed design solutions that deliver real value to both users and the business.
Objectives
Content-Driven Growth: Craft high-impact, user-centered content that aligns with marketing goals and drives performance.
Project Ownership: Lead content initiatives from ideation through execution and QA, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
Performance Optimization: Develop and test content variants (A/B/C), analyze key metrics (CTR, CVR), and iterate based on insights.
Brand Consistency: Maintain voice, tone, and brand alignment across all touchpoints to strengthen brand identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product, Design, Legal, and Customer Success to execute aligned strategies.
Data-Informed Strategy: Translate research and user behavior into actionable content strategies and growth initiatives.
Customer Impact Focus: Blend UX, product knowledge, and growth tactics to deliver timely, relevant communications.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and drive efficiency.
Core Competencies
5+ years in content design, copywriting, or related field, with a focus on conversion, UX, and storytelling.
Strong grasp of lifecycle content strategies and performance metrics.
Proficient in Figma and collaborative workflows.
Strategic thinker with multitasking and campaign planning skills.
Knowledge of consumer psychology and persuasive techniques.
Confident communicator with data-driven decision-making skills.
Adaptable, feedback-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Committed to consistency in design systems, with an eye for thoughtful evolution.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with AI/automation tools, UX and inclusive design, mentoring, and working in complex or regulated industries like fintech or cybersecurity.
