About the Role

You’ll report into a Content Design manager, who’s led by our Head of Content Design, in our Product Design org. We expect this role to be hybrid 1-2 days a week working onsite from one of our offices, and the rest working from home.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you’ll: Own the end-to-end Content Design process from ideation to execution across multiple growth projects, including notifications, and onboarding and login flows.  Lead and contribute to initiatives that drive conversion Create and implement user-centric solutions that holistically align with business goals and user needs Act as the Content Design stakeholder for multiple cross-functional teams, working closely with functions such as Product Design, Product Management, Research, Analytics, and Engineering  Establish and evangelize content standards and guidelines We’re excited about you because you have… 5+ years of experience in Content Design with 1+ years specifically a Growth organization and a strong portfolio of end-to-end projects Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Research teams A firm understanding of user-centric design and product development best practices Excellent storytelling and communication skills
