**Shift** : Days, Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm; Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm

**The role you'll contribute:**
The Senior Contact Center Representative (Senior CCR) is a liaison between the credit union and its members. The Senior CCR guides other call center representatives and may assist with ongoing CCR training. The Senior CCR in collaboration with the director of operations assists the team towards achieving the credit unions financial goals. The senior CCR uses innovative approaches for problem- solving and process improvement and fosters a work environment that values input from all employees. Additionally, the senior CCR provides outstanding member service and assists teammates in critical situations. The Senior CCR actively participates in providing exceptional customer service and accepts responsibility for maintaining respectful relationships with all customers.

+ Understands the credit unions financial goals and strategic direction.
+ Applies creative and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
+ Identifies ways to improve and/or streamline systems and processes in the credit union.
+ Proactively supports the sales and service culture and promotes a work environment that encourages other employees input and suggestions.
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
+ One plus years of prior work experience in customer service or a related position.
+ One plus years of experience as a Member Service Representative/Customer Service Representative in a financial institution.
+ Leadership experience
