Principal responsibilities

An opportunity to deal with bunch of operational data and by Data Analysis to drive compliant activities and contribute to achieving high resilience target within HSBC.Establish, booster, improve Risk and Control process to achieve high service resiliency across HSBC.Working with Global Risk and Control team to implement the global standard. Design and implement dashboards and visualizations to graph and effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with GBGFs, providing guideline and consultant to fulfill compliance regarding product day2 management, understanding user requirement and providing solution or enhancement. By knowing our customers, relentlessly improve process, explore new opportunities to accelerate GBGF’s evergreening journey.Collaborate with data infrastructure teams to refine data requirement, improve data completeness, accuracy and quality.
